Frequently Asked Questions
You can buy one class, but it’s a much better deal to get the whole series. We want you to learn everything you can, so we make it attractive to take all the classes in a series.
Information is power, at least we read that somewhere. Seriously, we believe the more you know the more risks you can avoid. We can’t promise that you won’t have challenges, but these courses will help you understand the process of importing better. The language of it, the documents that are used, common mistakes to avoid. Take the class!
We had companies coming to us for advice on topics we consider basic knowledge to import. We did some research and realized that simple, straight forward information is hard to find. And we keep it inexpensive because we want to help a lot of people, not make a lot of money from a few people..
(COMING SOON) On the bottom of the home page we will have an “ask a question” button. Select that and it will take you to a form to fill out. Enter some contact information and ask us. If its simple we will send you a message. If its a more in depth question we have advising at a low cost in 30 minute sessions – and we will let you know how to do that. IN THE MEANTIME – email us at: intltradepodcast.como
We love free – so here are some links to government websites on some of the hot topics.

Well…we wish we could help you with these questions. But the truth is there isn’t an easy answer. You should reach out and talk with people – local government resources, people who are already in the type of business you are interested in.
Here are some good resources:
SCORE (retired executives): https://www.score.org/
SBDC (small business development): https://americassbdc.org/
Start with these two and they can help direct you to other resources. We work with these organizations a lot (they send us companies that need specific advice) so we know they are staffed with nice and helpful people.
They are available on the podcast hosting services listed on the ITR Podcast tab. Go check them out and subscribe!
